Pre-Purchase Inspections
Before you hand over the check. We walk the boat, run the engine, check the rigging, look at the bilges and the paperwork. You get a straight report on what you're buying and what it'll cost you.
Survey Assistance
Attending the survey with you, translating surveyor-speak, helping prioritize the deficiency list, and advising on what's a dealbreaker versus what's normal wear.
Buying & Selling Advisory
Market assessment, pricing guidance, negotiation support, and helping you understand what a listing is actually worth. On either side of the deal.

We manage the repair on your behalf — coordinating with the yard, vetting contractors, reviewing quotes, checking work quality, and reporting back to you. You don't have to fly to the boatyard.

We have relationships with Gulf Coast yards, riggers, canvas shops, diesel mechanics, and specialists. We know who to call and how to get the work done right.
Seasonal Preparation
Commissioning at the start of the season, decommissioning at the end. Haul coordination, winterization, antifouling, bottom work — scheduled and managed.
Ongoing Vessel Oversight
Regular checks on a vessel that lives at a marina without you nearby. Bilge inspection, dock lines, battery maintenance, storm prep, and anything that needs eyes.
